The Injection moulding process delivers a plastic product that was moulded from a specific mould design. Products range from armrests of all designs and sizes to dashboard parts, plastic automotive trims, fenders, plastic tyres, wheelchair components, spoilers, bumpers, and many other applications.
It is used as cushioning for a wide variety of consumer and commercial products including furniture, carpet cushion, transportation, bedding and packaging. Some products include, dining room chairs, high back chairs, moulded lump pillows and much, much more.
Integral skin moulding produces a component with a tough but flexible skin that is moulded over a softer foam core, ideal for many applications including steering wheels, door handles and grab-bars, furniture components, chair armrests and headrests, gearshift knobs, automotive trims and various seating arrangements.
